How do I restore my subscription?

Open the app, go to the paywall, and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Can more than one child use the app?

Yes — the Family plan supports up to 4 children, each with their own progress. Add profiles from the world map screen.

Cantonese or Mandarin?

Both. Your child can pick the voice for every spoken question, and switch between Traditional and Simplified characters.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

The microphone isn't working.

Reading practice needs microphone and speech-recognition access. Enable them in iOS Settings › Hero Stroke.
