Purpose

IR Blaster is designed to connect with the SOMFY gateway through the Zigbee protocol. The user can download the infrared remote-control code library of more than 2,000 brands of electronic products from around the world, and then operate the IR Blaster with a mobile phone application to send infrared commands to control related electrical products.

    Integrating the hardware and software for IOT is interesting but also challenging.

    Challenges App features and UX flow are restricted by lack of cloud support.

    Result Despite the restrictions, I modified the app flow to allow for certain features.
